I CONNECTED TO FACEBOOK ACCOUNT BUT CAN’T RECOVER MY ACCOUNT

If you lost access to the email address connected to Facebook, or did not save your game to any account please contact support and reply with the following details:

1. Profile Page screenshot.
2. Star or Diamonds balance.
3. Your last unlocked song.
4. Your recent purchase receipt (if applicable).
5. Explain how you lost the account.

Please note that the devices that are not Android and IOS are presently not supported and cannot be used to back up your account.

You can play Song Beat in Guest mode, However, we advise you to connect it with your Facebook account to save your progress.

The players can login to their Facebook accounts to save their current game progress. The local/guest accounts will be automatically transferred to your desired Facebook account.

Currently, there is no option to disable Song Beat notifications within game. However, you can disable app notifications from Device settings.

To see your Song stats, navigate to Profile tab displayed at the Header of Play screen.

Offline play is currently unavailable. Song Beat needs an active internet connection to function.

Connect with your Facebook account and sync your progress across multiple devices. You can choose to login and save progress on your old device and then login using the same Facebook account in new device to restore your game progress.

GS coins are gathered in your record box slot. Once you fill it, you can receive a new record box to open and claim a new song! Currently, player can access only one record box slot. Other slots will be available by next update.

Song cases

Song Cases are the primary reward in Song Beat. There are 2 ways of getting them:

• Gather more stars to unlock and claim Box rewards via Song Beat Journey.
• From the ‘Next Reward’ case slots in the Play screen by gathering GS coins.

Wishlist Boxes

To claim a Wishlist box you have to first gather enough cards and like at least 6 locked songs in your song collection. Opening the box awards you one of them at random.When you have less than 6 songs available to unlock, the box requirements will adapt to the number of songs you have left.

Please note you will not be able to claim the box unlock unless the required amount of songs are liked.

What if I have unlocked everything?

We are adding content every week, so in case if you are our number 1 fan and if you have unlocked all the songs in the collection, the reward slot will display a message saying All songs have been unlocked. If you have unlocked all the songs and have reached the end of the Song Beat Journey, please stay tuned as you’ll start receiving rewards again once we add new songs and ranks.

Why am I not receiving GS coins?

You will stop receiving GS coins when you have unlocked all the accessible songs. An easy way to confirm this is if you no longer have an “available in boxes” section in your collection.

To unlock access to more songs, collect enough stars to get to the next Rank in the Journey.

It is not possible to play with your own music in Song Beats. Please get in touch with our support team in case if any of your favorite tracks are missing from the game.

GS Coins:

GS coins are gathered in your record box slot. Once you fill it, you can receive a new record box to open and claim a new song! Box slot becomes empty after claiming it. You can keep collecting coins to gather more songs.

You can earn GS coins by playing more songs. The more you progress in a song’s stages, more GS coins you I.

Diamonds:

Diamonds can be used to instantly unlock boxes, and purchase songs or record boxes in the Music Library.

You can purchase Diamonds in Music Library. You may win Diamonds by progressing in the Song Beat Journey or you can also claim some for free daily in the Music Library.

Stars:

Earn Stars by playing collection songs. The better your score in the song, the more stars you get!

Every time you receive a star you will also progress a little in the Song Beat Journey.

Unable to get new songs? Here are few reasons why!

1. When player unlocks all the collection songs, they stop receiving GS coins. Once new songs are added to the game you will start receiving them again.
2. Cases displayed in Song Beat Journey screen can’t be claimed when all the collection songs are unlocked. Once new songs are added to the game you will be able to open them.
3. Once, you have received all the songs available from your unlocked ranks (you will no longer have an “available in boxes” section in your song collection). Earn more stars to unlock a new collection of songs in the next Rank.
4. Once you’ve collected all the songs, Keep track of our social handles for new song announcements. Let us know if you have any suggestions for songs you’d like us to add to the game.

Scores: To achieve the top scores in a song you need tap on all tiles to score ‘Perfect’ AND hold all the long tiles until the end.

Get Perfect by tapping exactly at the time the tile overlaps with the perfect bar area. If you’re a slight early or late it registers as Great or Good depending on your proximity with the perfect bar area. Tapping at a distance from perfect bar will result in Tiles registered as Far and giving lower scores than perfect.

The multiplier is streak-based. When you break a streak, the multiplier goes down by 1 level each time. The maximum streak available is 4x.

Mastery Medals: Unlock medals by getting high scores in your songs. You can repeat any song to attain more mastery points.

Song Beat Journey

The Song Beat Journey is meant to give you a more visual way to track your progress and be a new source of rewards.Gather enough stars by playing songs to win rewards!

Journey rewards don’t have a timer to open and can be claimed at any time.

What if I have unlocked everything?

If you don’t have any more songs in the “available in boxes” section in the collection, simply collect enough stars to get to the next Rank and unlock access to more songs.

When you reach the new Rank, the “available in boxes” section will reappear with a list of the new songs available to win from the box rewards you unlocked in the Journey.

If you have unlocked all the songs in the game but still have Journey boxes left to claim, you’ll be able to claim them once new songs are added.

Sync Audio lets you set up your Audio accessory (both wired and wireless). For the best gameplay experience, you can sync the game audio with your gameplay and not miss a single beat.

Please check if your game is still connected to the network when trying to open boxes. Also if you have sufficient Coins/Diamonds required for unlocking new boxes. Currently players have 1 slot available by default to earn and unlock reward boxes. There will be more slots introduced in future releases.
